A new semester at school. It is hard to believe. The funny thing is, in this photo they look much less enthusiastic about going to school than they did in the first day photo!
It could also be that we ALL are having a hard time adjusting to getting up early again. Christmas break spoiled us. Me especially. Megan was so helpful, and when the kids would wake up in the morning she would make toast or pour cereal for everybody. Which made it possible for me to sleep until 9:00. Those were the days. It almost seems unfair to be up before the sun is even up right now.
I'm hopeless. I need caffiene.

Ellie isn't too excited about early mornings either and she doesn't leave for school until 8:40!
aaahh...sleeping until 9. those were the days :)
Yeah; I miss the lazy mornings, too. I went to wake Erin up this morning and she told me that "it's not time to get up yet, Mom. It's still night out!" And she threw the covers back over her head and burrowed.
What's funny is, she woke up on her own at that same time every day of break... ;)
